Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website: which pages are viewed, how people arrive here and which buttons are clicked. This helps us improve the site. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymous heatmaps and session replays (how pages are scrolled and clicked) to help us spot what’s confusing or broken. Clarity masks text you type into forms, and we don’t use it to identify you. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not give us your name or contact details, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Testing improvements
From time to time we test different versions of a page, such as a different headline, to see which is clearer. Your browser stores which version you saw so you see the same one each visit.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website still works without them.
Subscribers and personal information
